The YF type relief valve is a pilot type relief valve and is a pressure control valve. Its role is mainly to prevent system overload, protect the safety of the pump and oil system and keep the pressure of the oil system constant. In the direct working oil circuit system, the oil pressure overload can be protected by the oil spill of the overflow valve. In the inlet throttle control system, the relief valve mainly acts as an oil pressure regulator, and maintains the oil pressure constant through frequent overflow.
The YF type remote pressure regulating valve is a small direct-acting relief valve that can be connected to the remote control port of the relief valve to achieve remote pressure regulation within the pressure relief range of the main relief valve.
When the remote control port of the relief valve is connected to the fuel tank by the reversing valve, the oil passage can be unloaded and used as an unloading valve. The relief valve remote control port is connected with a directional valve and several remote pressure regulating valves to achieve multi-level control of high and low pressure. The pressure adjustment range of the relief valve can be changed by replacing the adjustment spring of the remote pressure regulator.
