Q: Are you a factory or trading company?
A: We are a manufacturer with multiple years experience, and support OEM and ODM service. It includes customized products from your designs, printed logos, customized packaging, customized product manuals etc.


Q: Can i get a sample order? What is the lead time?
A: Yes. we offer the samples, sample needs 1-2 working days, mass production needs 3-12 working days depends on order quantity.


Q : How do you ship the products and how long can I get it?
A : We usually ship by DHL(3-7 days), UPS(4-8 days), Fedex(4-8 days), TNT(5-9 days), Air(10-12 days), or by sea(25-35 days),you can choose the most suitable and economical means of transport


Q: I received the products is different with the pictures,how can i do?
A: Color different exists due to lighting and the use of different monitors. We will sent the samples to you for confirmation before mass production. If you are not satisfied with it, please contact me or our salesperson for solution.

Q: I received the item in broken, what should I do?
A: Every item before shipping is well inspected. Though they are well packed, sometimes damage can`t be avoided because of the rough handing during shipping. In this case, please contact me and send the pictures to me, let me know the quantity which is broken, we will resend them to you with next order.


Q : What are your terms of payment?
A : We accept Credit Card, T/T, West Union, L/C and PayPal. Generally, 60% T/T in advance, 40% balance before shipment.
