A reefer container is a specialized container that carries temperaturesensitive goods at regulated cold temperatures. Built to work as a large refrigerator, the used container type can usually maintain a temperature range of -25°C and +25°C. So, you can easily use a reefer container to transport frozen, chilled, or cold goods.![]()
A reefer container comes with a refrigeration unit on one end. When connected to a power source, the unit fills the container with chilled air. The airflow maintains the desired temperature, making a reefer container perfect for storing food items, pharmaceuticals, plants, and other temperature-controlled goods, details like bellow
RAYFORE offer 20ft and 40ft reefers. There are different brands of refrigeration equipment: Carrier, Thermoking, Seacold...Reefer containers (also called reefers) are used for the transport/storage of temperature-sensitive goods. We only offer electric reefers (380V, 32A). Reefers are made of VA steel with aluminum T-bar flooring. Refrigerated containers are used for storing and transporting temperature-sensitive goods, as a test environment, as a refrigeration system at festivals or as an insulated container without a refrigeration unit.
With a reefer, the temperature can be regulated from -25 to +25*C. Refrigerated containers consist of steel or aluminum with a stainless steel interior and an aluminum bottom with T-grade profiles. A pre-trip inspection, a PTI report and a valid CSC inspection are also part of a reefer container. We can also draw up an operation or owners manual on request. If desired, you can conclude a service contract with us.
All non-galvanized parts are guaranteed to be resistant to oxidation.
