Aluminum Electrolytic Applying


Electrolytic Aluminum Melting industry
In electrolytic aluminum melting industry, Bluewind refractory and insulation vermiculite products mainly works in following two parts: anti-leakage bricks and insulation layer vermiculite bricks.

Anti-leakage bricks: It requires to stand the high temperature and prevent the aluminum melting liquid leakage. And it can reduce the heat consumption and energy costs.
Bluewind HD Vermiculite brick, can resist max 1,200°C heat, with stable working and insulation performance, in the layer of anti-leakage, forms a ceramic like layer under continuous high temperature heating, which can prevent the liquid aluminum leakage. While the thermal conductivity is below 0.3 W/m.K, which great lower than most refractory bricks, which helps the energy saving and production improving.
Insulation layer vermiculite bricks: In the insulation layer, vermiculite bricks work like a transition layer which prevent the heat spreading fast outside the melting cells. It can resist the high temperature and has a good insulation performance, can take part roles of the clay brick and Calcium Silicate boards, and works in the middle layer of the clay brick and Calcium Silicate bricks.

Metallurgy Insulation Layer
Bluewind TRI series aluminum silicate plate, can resist max 1,200 Celsius degree firing, and the thermal conductivity below 0.3 E/m.K. Which in steel melting industry, it has been applied in the liquid ladle insulation layer, for the high temperature resistant and thermal insulation performance.

Thickness: Commonly applying 10/15/18/32 mm plate as the insulation claddings.
Performance: Can keep the outside temperature as designed.
Service Life: Expected to serve for 10 months or longer ( the refractory layer requires refurbished regularly)
Shapes: Rectangle or trapezoid
Installation: Past to the inside wall of ladle with refractory clay; then install the permanent layer, and last refractory layer

Condensing gas boilers
Condensing gas boiler is a new technology products which increased the energy using efficient, and reducing the exhaust gas emission. It is designed to serve for around 15 years, which is a logically energy efficient reducing, environmental friendly and economic products.
The core of the condensing gas boiler is the heat exchange part due to the poor working environment, fast firing and cooling. The refractory and insulation material can not last the designed service life, commonly only works 1-2 years that will damaged inside, which lead the heat exchange unit can not working normally in long years, and requires replacement.

Bluewind vermiculite refractory and insulation blocks, apply natural expanded vermiculite, and inorgainc adhesive, made the 1,200 Celsius degree resistant blocks. With thermal conductivity below 0.28 W/m.K at 800 Celsius, and can continuous working for over 30 days in lab testing, no breaking nor shape changing. In expecting serving for 10+ years.
