1. Are you a factory or trade company？
We are a factory. We develop and produce all by ourselves.
2. How do you guarantee the quality of your products？
All our products have been QC professionally and strictly during manufacturing. Furthermore, we will test the machine and check the insoles before leaving the factory.
3. What's your MOQ? Can you accept ODM&OEM?
The MOQ for our machine is 1 unit, and the MOQ for the insoles is 200 pairs. The 200 pairs of insoles can be mixed with different types and sizes.
Yes, we accept ODM for the machine and ODM&OEM for the insoles. But if you want OEM service for the machine, the MOQ is not 1 unit. We need to discuss.
4. Can you provide free insole samples before mass order？
Yes, of course, we can send free samples to you, but the freight cost will be on your side. Hope you can understand.
5. How about your production time?
1. Insole samples can be shipped within 3 days.
2. The production capacity of insoles is 500-100 pairs a day. (Standard insoles)
3. The machine's production capacity is 3-5 units a day. (Standard machine)
6. What is your method of delivery？
1. Express: FedEx, DHL, TNT, UPS, EMS. Shipping time --- 6-7 working days (Fast but expensive)
2. Ocean Transport: Shipping time ---- 30-35 working days (Slow but cheap)
3. Air Transport: Shipping time ---- 10-12 working days (Fast but expensive)
4. Land Transport: Shipping time ---- Need the address to check (Slow but cheap)
7. What's your warranty policy?
We provide an 18-month warranty for our machine. And during these 18 months, we will provide free parts if they are non-human
broken.
