A: We usually accept T/T, L/C;
1. T/T: 30% in advance, the balance before delivery;
2. We will test each machine before delivery, also we will show their pictures and videos to client for remote confirmation.
Q3. Do you test all your goods before delivery?
A: Yes, every product will be tested before delivery. If products’ quality is not consistent with the description as we described
or the promise before you place order, we promise 100% refund.
Q4. How does your after-sale service work if the product got damaged?
A: In the guarantee time of 12 months, our general after-sale service will change the damaged parts for the customer, but if the
damage could be repaired by slight cost, we would wait for the customer's bill for the fix cost and refund this part of
cost.(note: Vulnerable parts do not include.)
