Wood Pellet Machine
The rotexmaster new generation vertical wood pellet machine(also wood pellet mill) is the latest generation wood pellet machine in China. The wood pellet machine adopts a large modulus hard toothed helical gearbox, strengthened spindle, strong power output, equipment stable operation, low failure rate, low production cost.
Wood pellet machine suitable for: eucalyptus, pine, birch, poplar, fruit, crop straw, bamboo chips, rice husk, waste wood plate, etc
The finished pellets is biomass energy as biofuel, which can replace coal, oil, gas, etc., widely used in power plant, boiler, and heating system.
The steps of biomass fuel burning pellet making:
1.Put the material (such as wood plank or log) into Wood Chipper or Wood Crusher.Therefore,the wood will be turned into wood pieces.
2.Then,throw the wood pieces into Hammer Mill,and what output from Hammer Mill are the wood sawdust.
3.And the sawdust will be placed in the dryer or on the ground to evenly moisture.
4.The most important step is making pelleting.Sawdust are sent into pellet machine,and the sawdust wii be made into small columnar pellet.
5.The pellet Just came out of the pellet mill is very hot and we should put pellet into Counter—flow Cooling Machine to lower the temperature.
6.Filter the pellet through the screen ,the good quility pellet will be
7.Last but not least,Pack the produced pellet into bags, and the manufacturing process of pellet is completed.

Our pellet machine has some advantages when comparing with other company's production.
1.Our main productin is new vertical centrifugal pellet machine and it is the latest pellet machine is the world.
2.The material of ring die is 4Cr(chromium)13,and the flow of it's making is Stainless steel overall carburization.It has abrasion resistant and high stablity.The heat treatment hardness of ring die is up to 55-60.And it has long using life around 1000-1500h.
3.The material of gear and roller wrap is 20CrMnTi(Chromium manganese titanium)Alloy steel forging
4.The body of gear box adopts stainless steel.
A whole pellet machine includes 5 parts main machin,automation oil lubrication system,cyclone and Dust collector,Steam fan,Electrical control cabinet.
There are some notes or matters needing attention about our pellet machine.
1.Every 30 minutes Roller need to inject oil for 2 minutes
2.Charge the ring die every 15-20 days.
3.Bearing room adopts gear oil lubriction.Every time inject oil 130kg.The first time inject oil is when output from factory after 500h.And then charge every half of a year.
4.Feeding material can use belt conveyor or screw conveyor or -Z-belt conveyor.Belt canveyor needs big area.Z-belt conveyor needs small area but high cost.The length of screw conveyor is no more than 8 meters.
