Irregular shaped straight line glass edging processing machinery glass polishing grinding machine
Glass profile edging machine is suitable for processing the profile edges and bevels of flat glass.
1, the machine uses vacuum to adsorb the glass on the suction cup, equipped with a motor to drive the five-star disk rotation or a separate drive disk on an independent satellite rotation, so that the machine can process the rotary diameter of 700-2100MM or 100-700MM shaped flat glass. The five-star rotation speed can be adjusted arbitrarily during operation.
2, the machine can also use the cylinder for semi-automatic grinding of simple shaped glass. When grinding the periphery, the grinding wheel can be replaced for rough, fine grinding and polishing.
3, when grinding the beveled edge, you can install a bowl grinding wheel, tilt the grinding head back, adjust the Angle of the bevel to the end machining cutting.
