Q3: I’m interested in your products, but now I’m out of China; could you offer you samples to my country?
A3: Sure! We’ve got full exportation experience, and no matter where you are, we will arrange the delivery for you, either by sea, by air or by express, depending on your need.
Q4: How can I get the samples?
A4: We can provide you FREE samples from our existing products, the lead time is around 1-3 days. You need to pay for the sample delivery costs. If you need the samples according to your design or specification, you will have to pay for the sampling and engineering costs in advance.
Q5: Is it possible to customize the products with my own design?
A5: Yes, you just need to send us your drawings, artworks, or even only your idea, and our R&D team can help realize your own design. Then you can get what you want.
Q6: How are your products compatible with environmental or other international standards? Which certificates do you already have?
A6: All our products are compatible with international standards such as CE, RoHS, Reach, FCC, HDMI, SlimPort, etc.

A9: For Onten products and unbranded products, the MOQ is 100 units, however we recommend you order more than 200 units to justify the logistics cost. For OEM products, the MOQ is 500 units. The MOQ is 1000 units for customizing packaging. For ODM products, the MOQ is 3000 units.

A10: We can receive your payment via Western Union or TT. For small amount, Paypal is also acceptable.
