A. Overpressure sintering tungsten carbide rod have excellent red toughness,high hardness,good wear
resistance,high elasticmodulus,high strength,good chemical stability,acid,alkali,high temperature oxidation),low impact toughness,low expansion coefficient,thermal conductivity,the characteristics of the conductive similar to iron and other alloy.
1. having all kind sizes for your choose,can suply less than 1000mm length.
2. Sintere by vacuum sintering furnace and HIP machine with excellent specifications without any hole.
3. Solid rod, one hole rod ,two straight holes rod ,two 30° helical holes
4. we have unground rod instock ,also can grounding outdiameter H5,H6,H7,h6,h5,h7 etc
5. we have diferent hardnesses for choose: 84.5hra, 89.5hra, 90.5hra,91.5hra, 92.2hra, 92.5hra,93.2hra, 94.0hra, 94.1hra, the more details refer our follow grades.
