Product features:
(1)The product adopts the principle of single-layer support net and vacuum adsorption, which strengthens the penetration of adhesives (such as flame retardant, waterproof, and oil resistant) into the fiber mesh, ensuring that the fiber mesh not only has surface waterproof, oil resistant, and stain resistant properties after being immersed in the three anti agent liquids, but also has ultra-high waterproof, oil resistant, and stain resistant effects from the inside to the outside of the fiber, meeting the functional requirements of the design.
(2) A vacuum suction device is used to remove excess adhesive liquid, effectively avoiding the use of rollers to compress the fiber mesh, allowing the fiber mesh to maintain its original fluffiness and porosity to the maximum extent possible. The breathability of the finished product is greatly improved, and it can be widely used for oil mist and oil gas filtration in oil related equipment such as automotive reducers and transmissions.
(3) The product adopts a vacuum suction process, and the adhesive on the fiber tends to be more on one side of the suction port and less on the other side, which is more in line with the requirements of filter material use. The side with more adhesive is used on the front side of the filter.
(4) The process used in the product not only maintains the functions of oil resistance, waterproofing, flame retardancy, non carbonization, and high temperature resistance of the material, but also maximizes the original fluffiness and porosity of the fibers. After bonding, the fiber mesh becomes more elastic and has the characteristic of high ventilation efficiency.
(5)The product has fluffiness and porosity, and has good permeability when used for filtration, which is better than other products in terms of filtration effect.
