1.Can I get a sample? How much is it?
A：If you need to order sample for checking thequality, of course, we can, but there is a piece of information for you, that is twice of price of original cost plus shipping fee to make sure the custom to order, you know, we are in China, it’s quite away from foreign contry, so, if you order, we will reback the sample price and fee what you paid before.
2.How can I pay the fee?
A：You can pay by Paypal, our company account, western union, Alibaba trade assurance.
3.What is sample’s lead time？
A：About 14 days.

A：Of course, we have own designer to follow your design.
5.How can u deliver the sample?
A：We can deliver the sample to your agent in china, if so, the express charge is lower.If you have no agent in china, we can deliver by air bout the express charge is a little higher.
6.Can I customize the product I want ?
A：Sure, you can. All your need is accepted, including color, material, size, even the structure.
7.Can I put our brand or logo on your product?
A：We can do OEM product for our client, we need information of require specification, material,design and color to work on the price, after colnfirm the price and sample charge, we start to work on sample.
8.What’s your company moq?
A：At least 50 set for one item.
9.How do you control your factory quality?
A：All the raw material we purchase from the best suppliers, we can provide the certification, we will make pre-production sample, and then before packaging, we will assemble again to make sure the all stuff is safe.
10.Can we have our logo on the production package?
A：Yes, we can accept 2 colors logo printing on the master carton free of charge, barcode sticker are acceptable as well. Color label need additlional charge, Logo printing is not available for small quantity production.
11.What is your payment term?
A：30% deposit,70% BL draft at sight.
12.What is your bank account?
