Summary

The structure is with the connection of groove rivet in the shape of frame. Shield and bars on the machine are made of manganese steel. Furthermore, the top-quality vibrator and the hard structure can stand the high-strength assault and wore. Apply to conveying of big-sized lump material to the crusher. Especially for the material like black ore, nonferrous metal ore and stone for building. During the feeding, the extra material like earth and small-sized particle can be separated under the gap between the bars. Thereby, making the crusher be with a better performance.

Through the vibration, the materials will slip and sling on the funnel, moving forward. When the materials pass the screening part, smaller parts will fall down, avoiding the further crushing, so screening purpose can be reached.
