A：After 23-year Smart Lock Design/Develop/Manufacture experience, we have excellent supply chain management. We have 4 production lines, and current capacity is 200000 pcs/year, and can be extended to 300000~400000pcs/year. And we’ve been keeping 100% on-time delivery through the years.
Q3：How about your design ability? Do you offer OEM service?
A：We have our own R&D department with over 12 engineers and designers. Our OEM and ODM capability is one of our greatest advantages in the market, especially for Europe and North Americas. We also have excellent production capacity and supply chain management to guarantee on-time delivery. If OEM, we accept and offer NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) to guarantee your design and other properties safe.
Q4：Can I place one small order for first time to test the quality?
A：Small order (MOQ is better) are also welcomed, and we offer new customers 3％ discount for first order.
