RCDE Oil cooling electromagnetic magnet uses electrical pure iron and insulated coil immersed in cooling oil as the source of magnetic force line. After being energized, the insulated aluminum wire will generate huge magnetic force around the magnetic core. It is generally installed above the conveyor. When the tramp scrap iron metal in the material passes under the oil-cooled electromagnet, it is magnetized instantly. Under the strong magnetic adsorption force of Suspended Oil cooled electromagnet, the scrap iron buried in the bulk flow is adsorbed to the bottom of the magnet. The cleaned materials continue to flow to the downstream equipment to protect the downstream equipment.


For Oil cooled electromagnetic separator, because the heat generated by the electromagnetic coil will be transferred to the cooling oil in time, dc electromagnet can more effectively avoid the damage caused by the temperature rise to the magnetic force. Therefore, the magnetic field depth is deeper, the magnetic force of electromagnet magnet is greater, and the performance of suspended electromagnet is more stable.

(1) The magnetic circuit of coil of Oil cooling Electromagnetic electromagnet is designed by computer simulation, can create magnetic field with large magnetic penetration depth and strong magnetic force.


(2) Double-layer excitation coil design. The heat from conveyor separation oil cooled electromagnet will be more effectively transferred to the transformer cooling oil, reducing the coil temperature


(3) Coil insulation can reach F grade, using new heat transfer oil, reasonable oil circuit design, unobstructed, fast circulation, high heat dissipation efficiency


In the cooling oil of high intensity electromagnetic sealed by the coil, it has excellent dust-proof, moisture-proof and corrosion-proof capabilities.


(4) There are ducts pileline for circulating heat dissipation on both sides, which greatly increases the heat dissipation area. The working temperature of the coil of electro magnetsfor a long time is less than 70 ℃, reaching the equivalent technical level of peer products abroad.


(5) Its main performance indicators meet or exceed the requirements of JB/T7689-2004 standard. RCDE electric magnet can pick up 0.1-68 kg tramp metal mixed in bulk flow.

 Fabrication of strong electromagnet


(1) RCDE Oil cooled Electromagnetic electromagnet uses high-quality DT4 electrical pure iron as the magnetic core, and the external winding of double-layer glass wire as excitation coil.


(2) Unique oil circuit design: there are horizontal and vertical oil circuits and up and down oil circuits. The cooling oil flows more smoothly, with 360 ° heat dissipation and higher efficiency.


(3) In the process of winding, there will be a unique gap design to facilitate the heat generated by the excitation coil to be discharged from the coil. The whole excitation coil is composed of upper and lower parts, with gaps left in the middle.


(4) Full-sealed structure, double-sided groove welding of the whole shell, eliminate possible gaps and prevent oil leakage.


(5) The inside of the shell will be treated with epoxy resin to prevent the oxidized pollution particles from entering the coil and blocking the heat dissipation channel under long-term high temperature environment.


(6) Equipped with dehydrator unit, it is convenient to absorb the moisture from the cooling oil.


(7) It is manufactured with international natural cooling technology, and must undergo strict pressure test before leaving the factory .

The suspended electromagnetic separator can be installed either inline over the terminal head pulley or transversal to the conveyor at right


angle. In both cases, it is important to make sure Non-Magnetic products  lying under the electro magnetic field.


The ideal position is inline over the head pulley, where the material “broke open”, The material being conveyed is in actually suspension and


tramp metal is therefore more easily pulled out of bulk material flow.
