The size and color can be customized. We suggest user to adjust the color according to our              webpage or catalogue, as this will not cause any extra cost. Sure you also can do it freely.

Yes, we can print your picture or logo on the inflatable products. You can offer the picture in any format  made by Photoshop or Coredraw. Free for big amount.

3.Can you design one specially?

Yes, please send us details and a sketch or a picture of your requirements. We will help to make the  3D renderings for you for free. And, together with you, we will refine the design from the very early  start. There normally would be an extra cost for private order cause it really costs.

4.What is your inflatable products material?

Our inflatable units are basically made of the Best PVC Vinyl. Normally 0.55mm/1000D for inflatables  and 0.6-1.2mm Vinyl for airtight units. For the tents, Waterproof UV resistant fabrics would be used  as well. All of the materials are Lead Free and FR, above EN and ASTM standard.

5.Whats included in the inflatable?

Normally it includes the inflatable games, strong package bag, and repair kit (including the unit color  material). Other things like ground sheet, Climb or slide covers  etc. it depends. Pumps and blowers are sold separately. Due to different quality of the pumps and  blowers, our unit cost does not bind the cost of them. User can choose them freely.

6.What kind of guarantee you can give?

The guarantee is 2 years for main structure, and 2 months for replaced parts. Please do not hesitate  to contact with us if you meet with any issue during the operation, we will get back to you with the best  solution at the very first time when we see it. Just feel free. Also, as it is normally a long distance to  ship goods back, in order to save your valuable hot season time, we prepared one repair kit for every  inflatable. So that you can solve the small issues as quick easily under our professional instruction.  With the proper operation, our inflatable units can be used for more than 3 years with no problem.  Luxury airtight units can even go over 7-10 years.

7.Your blowers or Pumps meet certificate requirements?

Yes, all electric units have passed the certificate . Both 110v and 220v are available.  Blowers normally are 1100w, and Pumps normally 2000w. All are the best quality. We only sell quality  brand ones.
