Q3:How is the warranty about your product? 

We offer 3 years warranty for most products.we will replace the defective parts after our approval in the next order normally.

 

Q4:Can we buy sample for testing ? 

Yes,sample order is welcomed.

 

Q5:How is the payment for order?   

If your order quantity is reduced by 1000 pieces, you should pay 100% before production, but if your order quantity exceeds 1000 pieces, we can arrange FOB, 30% as deposit,the balance before shipment.

 

Q6:Do you have any MOQ limit for led light order?

Low MOQ, 1pc for sample checking is available.

 

Q7:Is it OK to print my logo on led light product?

Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.
