1. The furnace is made of alumina fiber or heat-resistant alloy material, which can be vacuumed, and the vacuum degree can reach below 0.05mPa, and can pass into a variety of protective atmospheres; 2. The furnace is made of alumina polycrystalline fiber material, which has good performance, durability, high tensile strength, no stray balls, high purity, and obvious energy-saving effect;
3. Resistance heating is adopted, and the heating elements are arranged on the left and right sides of the furnace respectively, which has a long service life and a stable temperature field in the furnace.
(1) The heating element is made of high-resistance alloy wire 0Cr27Al7Mo2, and the design heating temperature can reach 1200°C;
(2) The heating element is made of silicon molybdenum rod, and the design heating temperature can reach 1200~1700°C;
4. The furnace door adopts a circulating water cooling system, which can ensure the overall sealing;
5. The furnace door and the top of the furnace are sealed with high-temperature silicone rubber, the furnace door is equipped with a water cooling system, and the furnace body has air inlet, air outlet, vacuum outlet and pressure gauge.
6. It can be pre-vacuumed and can pass hydrogen, argon, nitrogen and other gases, and the furnace is equipped with an overpressure explosion-proof system with gas;
7. Multiple heating curves can be preset and assigned to different sintering materials, which can be directly called when needed, without interfering with each other, and there is no need to repeatedly modify the temperature parameters;
8. Equipped with pressure sensor, overpressure automatic pressure relief protection, safe and reliable operation;
9. The 485 conversion interface is reserved, which can be interconnected with the computer through our special software, which can realize the functions of remote control, real-time tracking, historical record, output report and other functions of single or multiple electric furnaces;
10. Over-temperature alarm and power-off, leakage protection, safe and reliable operation.
