PT Team have fully-automatic injection machines, cutting machines, drilling machines, precise CNC machines, laser machines, printing machines, shrinking packing machines, ultra-sound wave welding machines and 8+ assembly and packing line, we fully own our factory premises, apart from different manufacturing workshops,3 warehouses for us to store products before shipment.
T has our own R&D department, tooling workshop, prototype studio, injection workshop, quality control department, our designers and graphic engineers make drawings once we have new idea, we simulate product’s image and performance with 3D modeling and FEA(finite elements analysis) software, the fast prototype with 3D printing will be provided, once the idea is approved, we make molds and fixtures to prepare for the mass production, we have got abundant experience in OEM and ODM service. PT can make customized package and logo for you if MOQ is met, after u send AI format file, trial sample will be arranged before production, with strict quality control and after-sales service,with us,your money is safe.
