A: Extreme is an OEM and an ODM jewelry manufacturer with more than 15 years experience. We are seated in Dongguan, Guangdong China, where gathers the most and best jewelry factories and craftsmen. 2. I want to check your quality, could I order samples? Do you provide free samples？
A: Yes, sample orders are available for MOQ one piece as long as we have them in stock. We
don't provide free samples, however, we could provide you with a few other products with no extra charge (if we have them in stock) as recommendations based on the samples you choose. Client is responsible for delivery charges of shipments.
3. What is your Minimum Order Quantity?
A: The MOQ of solid gold jewelry is 1 piece, the MOQ of 925 sterling silver jewelry is 30pcs. For custom made designs, MOQ differs from products and materials. You are always welcome to contact us for your particular request.

A: To provide the most cost-effective products for clients, we generally DO NOT include freight insurance expenses in our quote. If client requires insurance against loss or damage during shipping, an extra 0.4% of invoice/customs declared value will be charged to get a full refund if the parcel got lost or damaged.
6. What’s the lead time?
A:products in stock, we can ship them out in 2-5 days after 100% QC check. For products out of stock, it will take approximately 1-2 months to ship out depending on the production schedule. For custom made new products, it will take approximately 1-3 months to ship out.
