Cooling capacity: 30 tons ~ 700 tons

1. Compressor: Semi-hermetic Screw type or Reciprocating , Most brand use Hanebll/Bizter/RefComp/Fusheng.

2. Evaporator: closed shell and tube type, connect with water tank and take away the heat back from the processing.

3. Condenser: Sealed shell and tube, to connect with cooling tower, and discharge the heat out of the system.

4. Use world brand Danfoss solenoid valve, sightglass, expansion valve, Emerson dry filter and Schneider electric components to make the water cooled chiller running well and super good cooling effect.

5.Non-Ozone depleting and Low global warming impact refrigerant for options by R134A, R407C, R507

1-  water cooled chiller, connect with external water tank and cool it

2- Cooling tower, connect with chiller condenser to take away the heat from the process

3- Cooling pumps, between chiller and tower, keep circulations

4- Chilled water pumps, circulation water from tank to chiller

5- Water tank, insulation to prevent cold loss

6- Accessories on the pipeline

Packaging : We consider all different potential situation in the delivery, so we use every prevention measures to avoid any potential inconvenience or trouble
1.Bulk cargo: Standard wooden case which can avoid any clash during the sea or air transportation in case of causing damage to the surface of our products.
2. Container cargo: the equipment will be bound firmly and won’t easily swing to the side, or up, or down.
