Platinum on carbon (Pt/C) Catalyst The platinum on carbon catalyst is a supported catalyst for supporting platinum on activated carbon, and is the most commonly used one of the precious metal catalysts. It can be used in the fields of pharmaceuticals, electronics, etc. It has high selectivity and activity and long life. It can be circulated for more than ten times in the same system. The dosage is small, which is less than 10% of Raney nickel. The reaction can be carried out under low temperature, low pressure or even normal temperature and pressure. It is recyclable purification and reprocessing.
