BOPP Thermal Lamination Film is an environmental material which enhances the finished item's value through high transparency and super luster finish. It could prevent lamination from being pressed, bubbled and desquamated. BOPP thermal lamination film could also protect from harmful substances and waterproof, ensuring a long life storage for the printings.

Application Guideline

1. Adjust roller pressure and temperature according to different types of paper and inks.
\t
2.We suggest to make a trail before you begin to change size, paper, or inks.
\t
3.The following factor will affect the result of lamination.
\t
   a. when you use metal ink.
\t
   b. when the ink contain too much wax,dried oil, adhensive,silicon and so on.
\t
   c.The ink is too thick and not completely dry.
\t
   d.When the paper contains to much moisture.
