The factory covers an area of 50,000 square meters and 950 staff. Till 2 0 1 8, We own 34 sets of A R machines from Korea, 2 sets of Satisloh A R machines, 15 sets of Automatic inspection and packing machine, 12 cleaning line, 1 set of Satisloh R X machine and 1 set of Coburn R X machine. Youli Mainly produce finished and semi finished blank in Index 1. 4 9, 1. 5 6, 1. 6, 1. 6 7, in function with blue cut and photochromic, in design with single vision and progressive lens. Now we are expanding our business into R X freeform, edging and mounting service for finished glasses according to our customers' requirements. In 2 0 1 8, we sold more than 55 million pieces of lens all over the world. Youli always considers quality as the most important element, inspecting piece by piece carefully from Molds to finished lens. The lenses must go through 8 inspection procedures before shipping. With our capacity, we are always ready to provide a short lead time, as our daily output can reach 250 thousand pieces.
