Jewelry with Gold Plating has an extra layer of tarnish resistance(We called it E-coating) is added to extend the life span of the jewelry.
Electroplating
Usually we do 0.05 microns gold plated and E-coating.
But for ring jewelry, it rub with finger, touch with water/perfume/sweat more often.
To prevent discoloration we will suggest to do thick plated (0.1 microns gold plated at least);

Will the silver jewelry turn black? how can I solve this problem?
