What is the Neoprene Fabric ?
- It contain three layers,middle layer is neoprene rubber,and two layer bonded is fabric.
Neoprene material features as follows :
1.Water Resistance.
2.Thermal and moisture insulation .
3.Cushioning and protection .
4.Lightweight and buoyancy.

First prepare the material ,and break the mould.
Then Cutting - Pinting (if you need logo on it)-Sweing-Packing.
