The two roller-type CCR system is a diameter 8mm low-oxygen copper rod production line . The raw material is qualified copper liquid provided by copper cathode shaft furnace system or copper scrap refining furnace system.This CCR system has overhead and ground layout.

2. Key equipment introduction
Five-wheel Continuous Casting Machine
The copper crystallization wheel with tapered groove is encircled incompletion and tightened by a steel strip to form a enclosed casting chamber. The wheel is driven by the steel strip guided by four guiding rollers and then drives the these wheels for continuous casting and crystallization. In addition, the steel strip is tightened and pressed to the crystallization groove to avoid copper liquid leakage. The crystallization is divided by 10 independent sections in terms of cooling to regulate the crystallization speed. cooling water flow and pressure display in every section can be adjusted separately. The copper liquid flow is regulated the deceleration motor to drive the screw guide rail, so that the gate is raised or lowered to control the copper liquid flow which go into the crystallization wheel.The main parts are mounted on the same base plate.

3.2 Two-roller Type Continuous Rolling Machine
The rolling machine mainly consist of main motor, reducer and two pairs of roller and its base frame. The roller base frame of the rolling machine is made from thick steel plate for superior resistance against shock, impact and distortion. It is very important to ensure the rolling precision in long-term operation.
The rollers are made from case-hardened rolled steel to ensure its high working load in long-term operation. At each roller, an arc emulsion sprayer is designed for cooling and lubrication. The roller and its bearing are mechanically sealed to avoid bearing failure caused by emulsion penetration into bearing.
The main motor is driven by DC speed regulated device. Three operation mode is preset to link the whole system, the rolling and winding or separate machine. Under whole system-linkage mode, the speed signal is given by the casting machine, and it can be slightly modified by the operation panel of rolling machine. Under rolling-winding linkage mode, the speed signal is given by the rolling machine, which is networked to secondary tractor and winding driving device. In the third operation mode, independent control to single machine can be achieved by operation panel at each equipment.

3.3 Copper Rod Reduction and Cooling unit and Waxing unit
After rolling,the copper rod will go into a small and long channel which is made up of multiple pieces of tubes. Many nozzles with small tanks are equiped between these tubes,alcohol water from the small tank is sprayed to the high temperature copper rod to cool the copper rod and reduce the copper oxide on the surface to make the copper rod bright.The ethyl alcohol is collected and recycled to a tank for circulation.The copper rod will be dried by the compressed air comes from the compressed air tank which is at the end of tube.Then the copper rod will through the waxing tank,wax is emulsified and sprayed to the copper rod surface to maintain its brightness by compressed air.
