Inquiry-- sending us your requirement (layout ,designs, etc )-- choosing designs you like and offering you proposals of each area of your project-- 3d rendering if needed-- confirmation of orders-- deposit payment--production-- delivery.
3) What's your MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity?
RTS orders MOQ are only 1 set. OEM orders are according to your demand. If not change the design, only add logo, just need 5-10 pcs. If not, it can be negotiable.
4) What’s the delivery time after I placed an order?
For RTS orders, we delivery the items the day you placed an order., you will receive it after 7-10 days for door to door. For
OEM orders, It depends on various products, it can be from 25-35 days. Exact Delivery time will be specified in proforma
invoice once the order is confirmed.
5) What’s the shipping time after my products sent out?
Around 7-10 days for stock goods in our overseas warehouses and 25-30 days for bulk order from our domestic factory when we get your order confirmation and the agreed deposit.
6) What’s your sample policy?
We do sample orders for certain customers. Sample fees and freight is needed, but we will deduct the sample cost from your bulk order.
7) What type of payment do you accept?
Cash, Ali Express Escrow, Pay pal, West Union, Money Gram, Bank Transfer and L/C are all available.
