HW30-W800 Ultrasonic Plastic Welders
Product Description
The HW30-W800 family of low power systems is Cheersonic’s latest offering for applications with power requirements of 800 Watts or less. The HW30-W800 units can be used with their appropriate hand-held devices or can be connected directly to a converter/booster/horn stack for use in automation. An ultrasonic spot welding machine in accordance with ergonomics is arranged on the basis of the handheld welder. It is primarily used for point-ny-point riveting, welding and molding of thermoplastic. With the modular integrated circuit, it has strong output power and is easy for operation. The built-in fully-automatic protection circuit ensures safe application and stable and reliable operation.

• Simple to used no need for glue or solder, welding time can be adjusted or manual controlled.

The hand-held ultrasonic welders are compact, lightweight tools used to spot weld or stake large, complex parts and those with hard-to-reach joint areas.
With pistol grip (HG) models, the trigger switch is located on the grip; barrel grip (HW) models have the trigger switch located on the side of the barrel. All units may be operated in an untimed mode with the FZ1000A set for continuous operation, utilizing the trigger switch; or in a timed or energy mode using the FZ1000A power supply controller.
