Summary:

Pneumatic Rubber Dumbbell Cutting Machine / Sample Cutter used pneumatic as motive power and it can operate once connect to the air pressure source. The machine can be appliable in cutting rubber, adhesive tape, leather and so on.

The experience will use dumbbell specimen and other special material, such as laminate board and series of composite material.Easy and safety to operate.

Speficiations:

Operation:

1. Placing the machine on a flat surface and adjust the four foot to make them smooth, put on the

cutting pad.

2. Open the air source, adjust the valve switch of the oil and water separator behind, and adjust the

air pressure gauge to be at least 4KG.

3. Putting PU rubber on the cutting pad, then put on the cutting die and press the red button switch

with both hands (For security, please must press with two hands together). The pressure plate

downward pressure onto the die and hold for a few seconds to allow the rubber to be fully cut off,

then let go hands and take out the specimen.

4. Please turn off the air supply source after using.
