Huadian Mould Power  materials is to melt the metal conductor through the high temperature produced by the oxidized metals in the reductive flux during the exothermic reducing reaction. This series of products include exothermic welding moulds, mould Handle clamp, exothermic welding flux and supporting operation Tool kit.

2. Thermal welding mold

Thermal welding mold is made of high temperature, semi-permanent high-purity graphite produced. It have: mold cavity, mold holes, injection holes and other components.
Mold making process should be based on a different shape conductor joint mode (-, T, +, etc.), the shape of the mold cavity, size and flow of the molten metal and rigorous design made of. According to required specifications welding flux, mold divided into four categories mold. For special requirements, Mold can be customized according to the joint mode and the required welding flux model.

3. Welding Mold Holder

During welding process, the adjustable self-locking mold folder can ensure the welding mold clamp tightness, maintaining the mold’s cavity relatively sealed. According to the design requirements, the weld point rapid prototyping.Mold folder according to design requirements can be common. The special mold folder needs to be customized according to the special requirements of the mold.

4. Welding Toolbox

  In the welding construction process, we need use special tools to adjust the mold and folder, insulated protective by work gloves, vegetable brush to clean the mold cavity and the joint surface. All welding tool be in the toolbox.
