1. Q: Are you a factory or trading company?
We are Dexin Industry Group who have one factory named as Linyi Dexin Wood Industry Co., Ltd. and one trading company named as Linyi Vata Imp. & Exp. Co., Ltd.
2. Q: Why your price is higher than other suppliers?
Our factory can produce several kinds of different grade. Different grade has different price. We ensure our product with high quality, but competitive price.
3. Q: What's your supply capacity?
Generally, our factory's capacity is 5000m3 per month. But for special large quantity order, we can produce more than it. Don't worry about this.
4. Q: How can we trust your quality?
There are many ways to check quality. Such as, send sample, visit factory, etc. Our advice is that visiting factory is the best way to check quality.
5. Q: What are your payment terms?
We accept both T/T and irrevocable L/C at sight. For the T/T payment, we accept 30% T/T as deposit and balance against copy of B/L.
6. Q: What is your delivery lead time?
Generally, we can deliver the goods to you within 15~20 days after receiving your 30% deposit or original L/C.
