Product Description :
The atmosphere furnace adopts double-layer shell structure and PID program temperature control system, phase-shift triggering and thyristor control, the furnace adopts alumina polycrystalline fiber material, the double-layer furnace shell is equipped with an air cooling system, the shell is sealed as a whole, the cover plate is sealed with temperature-resistant silicone, the furnace door is equipped with silicone pad and the water cooling system, and the gas enters and exits through the breech after passing through the flow meter. There are a number of air inlet and outlet of the washing furnace, which can be pre-vacuumed and can pass argon, nitrogen, oxygen, ammonia decomposition gas and other gases. The furnace has the advantages of balanced temperature field, low surface temperature, fast rising and falling temperature rate, energy saving, etc.
