A: We are a professional manufacturer founded in 2002. We have lots of production experience as well as professional technicians
and workers.

Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: It depends. Our inventory is changing from time to time. For the spindle in stock, we can arrange for the shipment immediately.
For those not in stock, the delivery/lead time is about 6 work days.
For the big-quantity order, or the custom spindles, the delivery time depends. Welcome to contact us for the details.
We have been producing more than 5000 pieces of spindles per month.

Q: Do you provide samples ?
A: Yes, for the standard modles, MOQ is 1 piece.
For the custom spindles, MOQ is 5 or 10 pieces, depending on the spindle model.

Q: How is your package?
A: The internal is packed with a foam box. The external is packed with a plywood box.
They are all standard export package.

Q: What is your terms of payment ?
A: Payment<=2000USD, 100% in advance.
Payment>2000USD, 30% T/T in advance, the balanced after inspection at Jianken factory before shipment.
