Description
Small Bottle Water Filling Line
The complete bottle water filling line mainly includes 4 machines:
1. Washing filling capping 3 in 1 machine To washing the plastic bottle,filling drinking water into bottle ,like pure water, mineral water,and sealing bottles with caps
2. Blow dryer To make sure the bottle surface is dry before labeling
3. Automatic adhesive/hot melt labeling machine To sleeve the labels on the bottles ,and shrink with gas.
4. Automatic shrink packing machine To pack 12 bottles in one package

Product Description
Washing Filling Capping 3 in 1 Machine
-The air channel is directly connected to the three-in-one machine, and the bottle is transmitted to the three-in-one filling machine by the air channel star wheel.
Washing Part
-The rotary plate of the bottle washer is equipped with a bottle holder, and the bottle holder is flipped 180 along a guide rail to make the bottle holder go down into the bottle punch machine.
-In a specific area of the bottle flushing machine, a special nozzle emits flush bottle water to flush the inner wall of the bottle. After washing, draining, the bottle is clamped and held along the guide rail Flip 180 to turn the mouth up.
-The washed bottles are exported by the bottle washer and transferred to the filling machine.
Filling Part
-The bottle entering the filling machine is held by the bottleneck tray. The filling valve drops and rises under the action of the cam through the valve lifting mechanism.
-The filling is filled by gravity method. The filling valve drops to contact the bottle mouth and opens the filling process.
-After the filling, the filling valve rises and leaves the bottle mouth, and the bottle enters the capping machine through the bottleneck transition wheel.
Capping Part
-The single machine with the highest accuracy in the three-in-one machine, the stop knife on the rotary cover machine stuck the bottleneck part, keep the bottle upright and prevent rotation.
-The cap head keeps rotates and rotates on the cap machine, and realizes the cover, cover, spin cover and cover off under the action of the cam to complete the whole sealing process.
-The finished bottle is transmitted from the capping machine to the delivery chain through the delivery wheel, and the three bottle is transmitted by the delivery chain.
