We are a leading exporter/mfr of Glassfiber SMC door skin and door in China. Our door skin can be in normal thickness of 2mm and in high strength 2.5mm with high glassfiber content 33%. And we have three different surface: smooth, OAK woodgrain texture, Mahogany woodgrain texture.

Product Description
Glassfiber/ Fiberglass/FRP/GRP doors are constructed using normal 2mm or 2.5mm high strength thick glassfiber SMC woodgrain skins permanently bonded to a perimeter sub-frame of synthetic material and filled with an insulating polyurethane core. The rigid polyurethane foam core is CFC and HCFC free, has an ozone depletion potential (ODP) of zero and a global warming potential (GWP) of less than five. The synthetic material of the sub-frame can be worked in a similar way to timber. Fiberglass/FRP/ GRP doors can be trimmed in width and cut down in height, allowing doors to be sized to fit existing openings for refurbishment projects. The slab construction provides a fully sealed product impervious to moisture.

We can produce the surface of smooth, OAK woodgrain, Mahogany woodgrain, with glass and with wpc door frames. We can print it or stained or primed as your request. Our door skin can be normal thickness 2mm and 2.5mm high strength with high content of fiberglass 33%.
And we also produce the fiberglass door with fire-resistant and High strength door (PAS23+24) which passed the test in the UK.

The wooden texture of every door feels natural. Our wooden textured doors offer greater warmth to the touch than the icy surface of a conventional steel security door.
Waterproof and Mothproof
Our doors are made from corrosion-resistant materials which are not only waterproof, but they are also resistant to microorganism which may invade your property, which makes our doors particularly suitable for use in rainy, high humid, and coastal area, or where other corrosive substances may exist.
Superior Resistance to Warping and Corrosion
Our doors are built to last no matter the weather; they meet or exceed international testing standings for warping and corrosion. No failures, distresses or deformations were reported by Air-Ins Inc. Laboratory in a Thermal Cycling Slab Bending Test on our panel doors. Our doors meet the standards of OnSpeX Toronto which conducts warping tests by submitting doors to extreme temperatures ranging form -40C to +30C and tests for warping. The resistance of our doors to deformation and corrosion is further verified by British agent. Please contact us for more professional international testing report results.
Hand-Painted Natural Color
Every door is produced with a complex process involving hand-painting and hand-polishing. Colors appear natural as do the textures of the wood textured doors. Negative pressure spray techniques create smooth surfaces free of imperfections. Our doors are allowed to dry naturally rather than being dried at high temperatures.
Environment-Friendly
Our products are produced with the environment in mind. The SGS Testing Service verified. Our doors are free form chlorofluorocarbons and other ozone-depleting substances, and our painting does not contain the Lead (heavy metal).
Peace and Quite
Our doors provide a quite and private environment for your home through their excellent noise insulation (the ASTE 90 Sound Transmission Loss Test Report form Architectural Testing determined a filler wall which achieved a STC rating, in accordance with ASTM 413,of 67).
Superior Anti-Theft Performance
Our doors are designed with your security in mind.
