Description

Introductions of Trommel Screen:

1.The trommel screen uses the centrifugal force and jigging action of the drum roation to screen material.

2.It is suitable for construction and decoration waste, landfill waste and domestic waste, etc. It is screened out one by one through the sieves of different meshes.

3. After being screened out, the waste materials of diffenent specifications are dropped into the belt conveyor through the funnel and sent to the finished product yard.

Working Principles of Trommel Screen:

1. The trommel screen is mainly composed of a motor, reducer,trommel device, frame, sealing cover, and inlet and outlet.

2.The trommel device is installed obliquely on the frame. The motor is connected with the trommel device through the reducer and the coupling, and the trommel device is driven around it.

3. When the material enters the trommel device, the materials on the screent surfave are turned over and rolled due to the inclination and rotation of the drum device, so that the qualified materials( under-screen  products) are discharged through the outer screen of drum, and the unqulified materials (over-screen products) are discharged through the end of the drum.

4.The material stuck in the screen in the screen hole can be ejected to prevent the screen hole from being blocked due to the overturning and rolling of the material in the drum.
