Material And Structure Of Aluminum Curtain Wall
Aluminum curtain wall is made of high strength aluminum alloy material such as 1100H24 and 3003H24 with common thickness 2.0mm,2.5mm and 3.0mm. Regular maximum size is 1400 x 4000mm. It’s mainly made up of Aluminum solid panel, reinforce rib and angle clip.
The whole panel is much stronger with the reinforce rib which can guarantee the panel flatness and shock resistance. Meanwhile,the sound absorbing material and insulation material can be installed at the back of the panel.
