Wodon hardface wear plate is composed of many welding beads and the wear resistant overlay contains a series of evenly spaced herringbone cracks.These transversely distributed cracks relief the structure's tension improving wear plate's performance. The cracks are distributed throughout the overlay thickness, but end up on the base plate's surface.Those Cracks don't have any effect to the machining properties and no fall off the wear resistant overlay.
Application
The wear plate can be used not only as construction machinery equipment, such as bucket plates such as bulldozer excavators, bucket bottom plates and blades, but also as parts for construction machinery equipment, mining machinery equipment, thermal power equipment and metallurgical machinery equipment. The wear-resistant plate is an alloy wear-resisting layer mainly composed of Cr7C3 carbide with a volume fraction of about 50%, which is formed by surfacing on ordinary steel-steel heat-resisting steel sheets. It has impact resistance, high wear resistance, and can be welded. Deformability and other properties, the most special is that it can directly cut, punch and deform the processing like steel plates, the mechanical equipment required by all walks of life.
