Malada Mahjong belongs to Yuda Crafts, Yuda Crafts Co., Ltd. is a factory operated from 2010, specializing in the production of acrylic products and plastic mold injection. We start to run a Mahjong tile factory from 2021, handling everything in-house from ordering raw materials, cutting, and polishing—we do four rounds of polishing—to designing the images and filling in the colors.
We have 5 production lines for acrylic games, focusing on providing high-quality mahjong, dominoes, backgammon, XO, and other entertainment products for the global market. We are committed to offering customized product designs to meet the needs of different markets and cultures.

Laser Engraving
The initial Mahjong craftsmanship involved hand-carving patterns, which was later improved by using carving machines. However, this method was still slow and not aesthetically pleasing enough. Now, with our equipment imported from Germany, we can precisely and quickly etch the patterns perfectly onto each Mahjong tile.
Coloring
After the color tuning and modifications in the Design process phase, during the official production stage, we only need to operate the machines directly according to the data from the tuning stage. However, a machine is just a machine; it is the engineer who operates it that is key. Our engineers will maintain the optimal distance between the tool head and the Mahjong tile, and ensure that the starting and ending points are precise so that colors do not bleed into each other, as well as that the ink applied is neither too much nor too little.

GRS (GLOBAL Recycled Standard) is a global recycling standard, which is aimed at supply chain manufacturers' implementation of product recycling/recycled components, chain of custody control, social responsibility and environmental norms, and chemical restrictions, and is certified by a third-party certification body . And GRS certification is specified for the needs of the textile industry, to check recycled products or some specific products, and more importantly, to let retailers and consumers know which parts of a specific product are recycled materials, and how to deal with these in the supply chain.
