The mobile small complete automatic animal feed production line is manufactured for professional pellet production.
The automatic animal feed production line main equipment within it includes hammer mill, cyclone separator, silo, feeder, pellet mill, water tank, vibrating screen, foundation frame and electric system.
The automatic animal feed production line can not only pelletize sawdust, stalks and straw, but also process forage and fodder for animals.
The raw materials are also feed stock, cover sawdust, twigs, straw, rice husks, and peanut shells and so on.
The range of diameter of pellets: 6-12mm, with pellet density of 1.1-1.3t/m³ and moisture content of ≤8%;

This hammer mill is suitable for crushing biomass material with size less than 20mm (diameter), such as tree branches, cotton stalk, corn stalk, wheat straw etc. After the crushing process, the output size of the material can reach diameter 3-5mm, which is suitable for further pelletizing process.
