One Step PCR fluorescent probe method Mycoplasma Pneumoniae nucleic acid detection kit
Description:
This kit can qualitatively detect the nucleic acid of Mycoplasma pneumoniae (MP) in human throat swab samples.
Mycoplasma pneumoniae is a respiratory pathogenic microorganism that can not only cause pneumonia, but also cause upper respiratory tract infection and other extrapulmonary symptoms. If Mycoplasma pneumoniae cannot be detected in time and targeted medication is administered, the optimal treatment time of the disease will be delayed.
The test results of this kit are for clinical reference only and should not be used as the only standard for clinical diagnosis. A negative test result cannot rule out mycoplasma infection and cannot be used as the sole basis for diagnosis, treatment or other management decisions; a positive test result cannot rule out mixed infection with other bacteria or other viruses. When evaluating patients who may have mycoplasmal pneumonia, it is recommended to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the patient's clinical manifestations and other laboratory tests.

1. The kit should be sealed away from light and stored at -20±5 °C . It is valid for 10 months.
2. When not in use, the kit is stable for storage within the expiration date marked on the packaging. Once used, the kit should be frozen and thawed no more than 5 times.
3. Cold chain insulated boxes are used for transportation to keep the temperature below -15 ℃ , and the transportation time should not exceed 6 days.
4. The production date can be found on the outer packaging.
[Applicable instruments]
ABI 7500 fluorescence PCR machine, SLAN 96S multi-color fluorescence PCR machine and corresponding software.
[Sample requirements]
1. Applicable sample types: throat swab samples.
2. Sample collection : Use a swab to swab the posterior wall of the pharynx and the tonsils on both sides with moderate force, avoiding touching the tongue; quickly put the swab into the sample collection tube (containing 1 mL of normal saline), discard the tail, and tighten the tube Cover and seal to prevent drying.
3. Sample storage: The collected samples should be sent for testing in time and can be stored at room temperature within 2 hours. Those tested within 2 to 24 hours should be stored at 2~ 8 ° C . Those tested within 60 days should be stored at -20±5 °C . Long-term storage should be Store below -70°C, and freeze and thaw samples no more than 2 times .
4. Sample transportation: Short-term transportation of samples should be transported in curlers with ice or foam boxes with ice sealed seals.
5. If the extracted and purified nucleic acid sample is tested within 4 hours, it can be stored at 2~8℃. Otherwise, it should be stored at -20±5℃. The storage time should not exceed 60 days. The number of repeated freezing and thawing of nucleic acid samples should not exceed 1 time.
