PRODUCT OVERVIEW: 

SZ-HCS05 high frequency precision EDM surfacing repair machine is a new type of cold welder integrating a number of technologies. The application of ultrasonic technology on the basis of EDM surfacing not only reduces the dilution rate, but also greatly improves the melting rate. Improve the welding nozzle fixing technology, expand the length of welding material. The operation part adopts a 7-inch touch screen, the liquid crystal display operation is intuitive, and the preset six groups of fast selection channels greatly improve the work efficiency and strengthen the repair effect.

 

PRINCIPLE OF THIS MACHINE:When the welding material with positive charge discharges the work pieces with negative charge, a small amount of welding material will be transferred to the work pieces, the machine uses a new generation of ultrasonic high frequency vibration to achieve repeated discharge transfer, so as to surfacing the welding material to the position of the workpiece that needs to be repaired to complete the repair of the defect.
