A: Actually it depends on the products. For low value products,we will provide free spls,freight collect. But for some high value spls,it need spl cost and freight collect. Pls informed that all spls cost and freight cost can be returned back to you after order placed.
Q4. How can I get a sample to check your quality?
A: You can contact our customer service to provide samples to test and check the quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.
Q5: Can you accept OEM and ODM order?
A: Yes. We are able to complete your OEM and ODM orders. We have large quantities of led products in stock for normal models. For special models, it will takes some time to customize them.
Q6. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A: We usually ship by DHL,UPS,FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive.Airline and sea shipping also optional.
