XJ900 workover rig adopts single drum winch, hydraulic lifting double-section (or single section) derrick, and uses economical and practical Cummins engine and Kaixing hydraulic transmission box.
ZJ series Truck-mounted Drilling Rig adopts double Caterpillar C18 engines with Allison transmissions. It is the best-selling mobile drilling rig for both oil drilling and workover purposes. Our company has developed truck-mounted drilling rigs with drilling depth of 1500m, 2000m, 3000m and 4000m, and static hook load ranging from 1350kN to 2250kN. The truck- mounted drilling rigs feature heavy working load, reliable performance, good cross-country capability, easy mobilization and low cost, which are suitable for the drilling operation of medium depth and shallow oil well on land, desert and plateau.
Power system is fitted with engine and hydro-mechanical transmission.Electric, air, and hydraulic system is centrally controlled. Key components are world famous make.The mast design and manufacturing comply with API 4F and 8C specification. Finite element analysis and stress inspection test will be conducted for mast. The surface of structural pieces will be sand blasted.
