5. Once Shipment Received by Customers From Destination Port, There is a 20 Day Grace Period for Wrong and/or Missing Parts and/or quality issue With Written Notification to AJ1 sales team. If no notification is received from the buyer before the 20 day grace period after shipment arrival at the destination port, the buyer can not refuse to pay the balance because of wrong, missing or quality issue(s).

for any products in stock, we dont have MOQ.
- LEAD TIME
for bikes and parts in stock, it will take 7 days for pre-shipping inspection and packing.
for custom orders, it might takes 35 - 50 days depends on the products and order qty.
- PAYMENT TERM
for small amount order, 100% payment by TT is required in advance.
for order amount over 10,000.00USD, 40% deposit by TT in advance, 60% balance by TT against copy of BL.
LC at sight is acceptable.
- SHIPPING
we can arrange shipping by air, land and ocean.
