1. Are you a factory or trader ?
We are factory,it is located in Weifang city which is the biggest area of power manufacturing inChina. And we get the import and export right by QingDao Moore Golden trading in order to supply one-stop service which can save lots of cost and time for our customers.
2. What is our warranty for the machine? How about our warranty?
We will provide 1-year warranty for each machine. If some parts of the machine cannot work, just send a small video to us, and we will be able to judge which parts cannot work, and mail the non working parts to you for free, vividly instructing you to replace them.
3.How about your design ability? Do you provide OEM service?
We have our own design department and provide design services for thousands of partners. OEM accepts that we provide aconfidentiality agreement "trade secret contract" for your design security.
