Basket Strainers
Industrial basket strainers remove particulates and foreign matter from water-running pipes and valves in filtration and plumbing
applications. Baskets consist of interlaced mesh screens built into housings. Benefits include protection for downstream equipment, and savings on high-priced replacements and repairs. Stock and custom basket strainers fabricated by Fil-Trek come in three designs, inline, offset, and same side design. They are up to NSF/ANSI 61 and ASME code, and suitable for heavy-duty applications. They are available in standard housing material options of carbon steel, 304 stainless steel, or 316 stainless steel. Stainless steel 304 and 316 housing materials provide advanced corrosion resistance, with enhanced durability as well as aesthetic appeal.

We produce high precision filter housing, bag filter, Y type strainer, Basket strainer, quick open cover strainer, sanitary
strainer filter is mainly composed of takeover, director, filter blue, flange, flange cover, and fasteners, etc. When liquid
through head into the blue filter, the solid impurity particles will be blocked within the blue filter, and clean fluid through
the filter basket, the filter outlet. When need to be cleaned, turning the screw at the bottom and net fluid, remove the cover
flange and repack after cleaning. Therefore, the use of maintenance is very convenient.
