Ultra High Temperature Graphite Heating Vacuum Furnace up to 2200C

 

This Graphite Vacuum Furnace is periodic working, adopt graphite tube as heating elements. The furnace chamber is made entirely from high purity graphite, it has low density, reduced weight, and modest thermal capacity. It creates the ideal black body conditions inside the heating chamber for obtaining high uniformity. And due to graphite’s excellent thermo-mechanical properties allows rapid heating and cooling to reduce overall process cycles.

 

 

Features

• Graphite heating element, max. temperature can be 2200℃.


• Furnace shell inner layer is stainless steel, the outer layer is carbon steel, double layers water-cooling structure.


• Furnace shell has an observation hole, can see the heating situation in the chamber. Adopt a W-Re thermocouple and infrared thermometer to measure temperature, thermocouple goes in and out automatically.


• PLC auto control or PID auto control
