Q1: Where is your factory? How can I visit there?

A: Our factory is in Anbu Town, Chaozhou city, Guangdong Province. It is near Guangzhou and Shenzhen city. You can take plane to Jieyang City, or by highspeed train to chaoshan station. And Pick up service is available.

Q2: Do you provide sample?ls it free or extra?

A:  Yes, small quantities of samples are free, but cost of freight need to be paid by customer.

Q3: What's the delivery dates?

A:  Normally around 25-40 days after receipt of the deposit and comfirmation of the design work.

Q4: What's the payment terms?

A: 30% deposit,the balance paid before shipment. 
 

Q5:What is the MOQ? Do you accept small quantities trial order?

A:  Normally MOQ=500ctns. Yes, we accept trial order, and it is Ok to mix different items to a container.

A: FOB SHANTOU or FOB SHENZHEN.
